LeRoy Thomas, Owner

I started as a Police Officer in Pennsylvania in January 1994. For several years my career primarily focused

on Collision Investigation and DUI Enforcement. I left Pennsylvania and went to the San Francisco

Police Department in 2002, where I continued in my specialty of DUI Enforcement and Collision

Investigation. After years of this detail, I was moved to the Major Accident Investigation Team, where

my responsibilities included the investigation of all major injury and fatal collisions. I also went through

Commercial Enforcement Training. In addition to my Collision Investigation duties, I became a full time

Commercial Enforcement Officer, responsible for all Commercial Vehicle Enforcement issues within the

city.

My employment with the SFPD afforded me the best Collision Investigation and Commercial Trucking

training available, and in time I became an instructor for the Commercial and Collision Investigation

programs myself.

I was certified in all aspects of Collision Investigation and Commercial Enforcement at the State and

Federal levels. Also, I owned a small trucking company for several years.

Now I am offering my services to individuals and companies who need help with safety, and compliance to

both State and Federal regulations. Because of my vast experience and expertise in the commercial trucking

industry, I am in a unique position to help you with the confusing task of navigating the numerous State

and Federal safety rules and regulations involved in the Commercial Trucking Industry.
